Our Delivery

We adhere to the fastest speed, will send the sword to the hands of each customer, but swords of our are handmade, need for hand assembly. The package will be sent like below:

Delivery Time

Items will be shipped out 2 - 3 days after receiving the order, specially sword would cost more time since all our swords are handmade swords. In general, it may take about 3 - 10 business days for delivery. Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 3 business days. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

Order Tracking

We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. We do not exclude the possibility that our products may run out of stock in our local warehouse. In this case, we reserve the right to ship the products from Hong Kong without any additional fees.

What will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping and handling charges vary greatly depending upon the value of the materials and craftsmanship of the piece and its final shipment destination. The shipping and handling rates are clearly posted in each item's description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when placing your order.

How do I track my shipment?

We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out. We would send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site.

What should I do if my shipment never arrives?
